Finally!

 Pipes has been waiting for this moment for nearly a year and half now!  It didn't help that big sister lost her first one when she was 4 (nearly 5, but 4 none the less).

She left a picture and a book under her pillow for the tooth fairy, along with the tooth in a bag.  Big sis wrote "please leave $3."  Yeah, that didn't happen.  She's still happy.
